Streamline Enterprises is totally committed to providing the highest level of after sales support service to it’s customers.

We provide a 24 hour call out response 365 days of the year and cover the entire island of Ireland, with engineers based regionally to maximise response time.

Engineers are qualified to City & Guilds 2079 Category 1, have many years of experience working within our industry and are trained on all equipment supplied by us.

The company utilises the “Arantico” computerised call management system to ensure department operational efficiencies.

We provide annual Service & Maintenance contracts tailored to the needs of our client’s business. These can include equipment planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits which help to reduce operational downtime and loss of sales.

Many of our customers avail of refrigeration system monitoring which enables our engineers to remotely access client sites to interrogate operational faults when notified. This is most useful during business “out of hours” periods.

In accordance with legislation, Streamline is F-Gas registered (No. 150162).
